Our Technology and Network Services divisions provides a range of software, consultancy and managed services to SME and large enterprise clients from across the public and private sector. With our experience and understanding of big data analytics, systems integration, secure cloud and IT networks, we help clients improve operational processes, gain greater insight into their business and reduce costs.

CACI is looking to bring on a talented 2nd Line Voice Support Engineer within Network Services (NS).

Responsibilities:

• Integration & Testing of Cisco Unified Communication -Voice Infrastructure
• debugging and troubleshooting on Cisco UC infrastructure
• advanced AV network and connection issues
• maintenance, and software upgrades for corporate video teleconference infrastructure and endpoints
• IMAC related to Unified Communication in Portsmouth
• to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel, and partners to provide technical assistance and support

Requirements:

• with Cisco and Video/Audio conference System Technologies
• to work closely with internal and external stakeholders including vendors on products and implementations
• position may involve travel to Portsmouth.
